Jane Baity

Jane is a lifetime member of Fair Grove United Methodist Church.  She has been involved with many ministries over the years. As a lay person, she has always been actively involved with children and youth of Fair Grove. For this reason, she was asked to serve as Children & Youth Director.  She considers this request to be a “Call from God”, and will be in constant prayer for His guidance. Her “call” includes the Kids 4 Christ (children: birth – 5th grade) and U M Y F (youth: 6th – 12th grades).  She is also involved with Fair Grove’s Weekday Children’s Ministry. She leads “Fun Fitness” for our pre-schoolers and “Jane Time” with our after-schoolers.

Jane tidbits:

• God: faithfully spends time with Him every morning, reading and meditating on His Word. Her favorite book is the Bible.

• Family: very important – both her personal family (husband Bob and her brother and sister) AND her church.

• Teacher:  retired school teacher from Brown Middle School.  Jane has remained involved with the schools as a substitute teacher – often filling in for teachers’ long-term leaves.

• Fun time:  golf, cross stitch, working in her yard, and going to the beach.
